Police are on the scene investigating a shooting that has two people reportedly injured at this time in the city.
There are multiple police units in the area of Frelinghuysen Avenue and Toler Place with at least two people shot at that location.
Cops were called to the scene after receiving reports of shots fired when they arrived to find a vehicle penetrated by multiple bullets according to initial reports..
A search of the area had cops locate the victims near Toler/Logan Hall Halfway House.
The shooting did not occur inside the facility authorities said.
One of the victims is suffering a gunshot injury to the back while the other victim suffered an injury to the arm according to reports.
The victims' injuries are not reported as life threatening at this time.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
There have ben no arrests reported.
