Police are on the scene of a shooting with a man down in the city's North Ward.
Muliple round of gunfire rang out in the 60's block of Cutler Street a little after 3 p.m. rushing several police units to the scene where officer located a male victim shot at that location.
EMS transported the victim to University Hospital where his injuries are reported as life threatening
There is a large crime scene established and an investigation underway.
There are several schools in the area dismissing students, so please avoid the shooting scene if possible.
