JERSEY CITY NJ: A late night shooting that happened in the 50's block of Dales Avenue sent police to the scene at around 11 p.m.
Arriving officers located evidence of a shooting but no victim was found.
Investigators marked off several shell casings recovered at the Marion Gardens housing projects during their search of the scene.
Authorities are trying to determine if the shooting is related to a recent homicide that happened several days ago in the area.
There were no arrests made.
