Authorities are investigating a midday shooting in Paterson that left a 36-year-old woman wounded on Saturday.
Police were called to the area of Piercy Street and Presidential Boulevard at around 11:06 a.m. on November 15, 2025, after receiving reports of gunfire.
Responding officers found the Paterson resident suffering from non-fatal gunshot injuries.
The woman was transported by ambulance to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
Investigators also located a potential crime scene in the surrounding area.
The investigation remains active, and officials say more details will be released as they become available.
