Cape May County officials announce the arrest of Dylan J. Keenan-Hannum, 30, of the Del Haven section of Middle Township and police officer for the City of West Wildwood.
According to county officials, on the morning of November 14, Hannum was charged by the Lower Township Police Department with Burglary, Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault, a disorderly persons offense.
Hannum was then lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center pending Court proceedings.
According to Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland, this is an ongoing investigation handled by detectives from the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office Professional Standards Unit.
