Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Terrill Brooks-Harris, 28, of Newark, who is wanted for making terroristic threats during an incident that occurred Friday.
According to authorities, shortly after 11:30 p.m., police responded to a South Ward residence after a man allegedly threatened the life of a woman he knows while also violating a court order.
Detectives developed sufficient evidence to identify Terrill Brooks-Harris as the suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest on a charge of Terroristic Threats.
While police are actively searching for Brooks-Harris, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from the streets.
Police described Brooks-Harris as 6-ft. tall, 180 lbs., has light brown complexion, dark brown hair and brown eyes. Police say Brooks-Harris is also missing his top front teeth.
