Newark authorities announced that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jashon King, 23, of Newark, in connection with a burglary that occurred on Wednesday, April 16.
Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., stated that at approximately 5:16 p.m., a victim parked her vehicle in the 200 block of Madison Avenue.
When she returned about an hour later, the victim’s bag was missing from the passenger seat.
The victim observed her bag on the ground near her vehicle.
The bag’s contents were missing, including a laptop, iPhone, wallet, Apple AirPod case, and Louis Vuitton toiletry bag.
Detectives investigating this incident have identified Jashon King as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest.
