Police are investigating a morning bank robbery in Wallington today.
Officers responded to Spencer Savings Bank, located at Maple and Locust avenues, shortly before 10:30 a.m. for a report of a bank robbery.
According to initial reports, the male suspect passed a note demanding money to teller.
At this time, police did not release whether any money was taken or if the suspect was armed.
No physical injuries were immediately reported.
The FBI and Bergen County Sheriff's Bureau of Criminal are investigating.
