Vehicle Crashes into Vacant Pennsauken Home Killing Driver, Injuring Passenger

Authorities have released the identity of the 41-year-old Camden man killed after he crashed vehicle into a vacant home.

Police responded to the 6800 block of Rosemont Avenue for a report of a single-vehicle crash into a vacant home.

According to police, the driver – later identified as Quendell Riley - of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene while the passenger - Archie Walden, 38, of Camden – was transported to Cooper hospital. Walden is in stable condition, announced police.

Based on preliminary reports, driver appears to have suffered a medical emergency, lost control of the vehicle and struck the home.

No other injuries were immediately reported.

The crash is currently under investigation by the Pennsauken Police Department Traffic Division.
