UPDATE: Search Continues for Suspect Who Robbed Bloomfield Laundromat

Police in Bloomfield are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted for a robbery at a laundromat earlier in the month.

According to Bloomfield Police, units responded to (Spin Central Laundromat) located at 25 Belleville Avenue on a report of an Armed Robbery on February 10th.

Police say the suspect entered the laundromat armed with a black handgun and demanded the clerk to open the cash register.

According to police, the suspect then demanded the money from the register, which is believed to be $425.00 in cash before fleeing southbound through the parking lot toward Belleville Avenue.

Police say they searched the area but came up emptyhanded.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, medium build, approximately 5'9", mid-forties, white beard, wearing a royal blue colored zip-up hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
