A 36-year-old Elizabeth man was arrested today in connection with a weekend burglary at a local Pentecostal church.
According to police, after an extensive investigation, 36-year-old Juan Cruz-Carmona was arrested for burglarizing and vandalizing El Buen Pastor Church, located at 556 Franklin Street.
Investigation revealed that the burglary occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 5th.
Police located Cruz-Carmona and taken into custody in the 600 block of East Jersey Street and formally charged with criminal mischief and burglary.
