A 20-year-old Linden man died following a motorcycle crash on Cranford Avenue Tuesday night, October 7, 2025, according to Linden Police.
Officers responded to the intersection of Cranford Avenue and Dill Avenue shortly before 9:00 p.m. for reports of a serious collision.
Preliminary findings indicate a 2024 Kawasaki motorcycle was traveling south on Cranford Avenue behind a 2017 Nissan Altima when the Nissan’s driver attempted a U-turn and the motorcycle struck the vehicle.
The motorcyclist was treated at the scene and taken to RWJBarnabas Health Rahway Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The crash remains under investigation by the Linden Police Traffic Bureau.
