Authorities in East Orange are investigating a drive-by shooting that erupted in the early morning hours of Saturday.
According to police, shots rang out shortly after 1 a.m. from a moving vehicle in the area of Central Avenue and Shepard Avenue, near the 24 EZ Check Sandwich Shop.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Investigators later located the abandoned vehicle in Irvington.
The suspects remain at large, and East Orange Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact their Anonymous Tips Line at 973-266-5041.
