Police continue to investigate the cause and origin of this morning's fire that left three homes damaged.
Crews responded to 308 4th Avenue sometime around 5 a.m. for a report of a house fire.
According to police, three people were able to safely escape the blaze but one person did suffer a minor injury as the occupant attempted to extinguish the flames.
Despite firefighters' efforts to contain and extinguish fire, the home were fire originated was destroyed by the fire, officials said. Meanwhile, 306 4th Avenue suffered extensive damage and 310 4th Avenue suffered minor heat damage.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
