UPDATE: 37-Year-Old Man Struck by Gunfire in Paterson

Passaic County authorities reported that at approximately 3:13 p.m. Monday, Paterson Police were dispatched to the area of North 6th Street and Clinton Street on a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival, police located a potential crime scene, but no victim was found.

Shortly after, police said officers were advised that a 37-year-old male Paterson resident had arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center via private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
