UPDATE: 34-Year-Old Paterson Man Shot in Passaic; Critical Injuries

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announced that at approximately 2:07, a.m. on Friday morning members of the Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Wall Street on a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival members of the Passaic Police Department located evidence of a crime scene as well as a 34-year-old male Paterson resident who sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.

Police say the victim was immediately transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson for treatment and is in critical condition.
