UPDATE: 29-Year-Old Man Injured in Paterson Shooting

Police officials in Passaic County announced that at approximately 10:21 p.m.,  members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of East 18th Street and Fulton Place on a report of shots fired.

Officials said, upon arrival, members of the Paterson Police Department located evidence of a crime scene but were unable to locate a victim.

A short time later, police members of the Paterson Police Department were advised a 29-year-old male Paterson resident arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson seeking treatment for multiple non-fatal gunshot wounds.

Based on the initial investigation, the victim was in the area of East 18th Street and Fulton Place in Paterson, New Jersey, when he was shot.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
