Middlesex County authorities reported today that a fatal shooting is under investigation.
Authorities say on Friday, February 11, at approximately 5:24 P.M., police responded to the area of the train tracks near New Brunswick Avenue following the report of a shooting.
Upon their arrival, officers located Jonathan Molina, 22, of Perth Amboy, who sustained a gunshot wound.
Molina was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
