UPDATE: 18-Year-Old Shot in Paterson

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald announce that at approximately 1:58, a.m. Saturday, members of the Paterson Police Department responded to the area of Ellison Street and Rosa Parks Boulevard Paterson, NJ on a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival the police located an 18-year-old male Paterson resident who had sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.

The victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson for treatment according to police.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
