Two Wounded in Early Morning Shooting in New Brunswick

Authorities are actively investigating a shooting incident that left two people injured in New Brunswick shortly after midnight Monday.

According to preliminary information, multiple rounds of gunfire erupted around midnight in the area of 32 Joyce Kilmer Avenue, prompting a significant police response. 

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds to their legs and arms. 

One of the victims was reportedly a juvenile.

Both individuals were transported to a nearby hospital, where they were listed in serious but stable condition.

As of early Monday morning, police had not released additional details regarding the motive for the shooting. 

No arrests have been reported, and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
