Two victims that walked into Jersey City Medical Center suffering gunshot wounds late last night has police investigating.
The victims reportedly entered the hospital at around 1 a.m. prompting officials at the hospital to contact police after they found one of the victims shot in the groin while the other suffered a gunshot injury to the arm according to reports.
There injuries were not reported to be life threatening.
Police searched the area of Stegman Street and Ocean Avenue after the victims told them that an unidentified male suspect began to shoot at them shortly before they arrived to the hospital.
The shooting is under investigation by Jersey City Police.
There were no reports of arrests.
