TONIGHT: Orange Housing Authority Invites Public to East Ward Redevelopment Forum

The City of Orange is hosting a town meeting tomorrow regarding the proposed redevelopment of the Central Orange Redevelopment Area (CORA). Residents will be invited to provide community insight about the city’s plan to amend the 2009 Central Orange Redevelopment Plan (CORP).
 
The project would include 22 tax blocks surrounding the Tony Galento Plaza, Orange Memorial Hospital, Orange Train Station, Walter Alexander Village, and Lincoln Avenue Elementary School. 

Dr. Walter D. McNeil, Jr., OHA Executive Director, and other municipal leaders will answer questions from the public. The town meeting will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, February 10 at 5 p.m., at the Walter Alexander Community Center, 105 Wilson Place, Orange, NJ.
