By rlsmetro on

Authorities in Essex County are continuing to search for several suspects wanted for stealing several hundred dollars of merchandise from a Marshalls Department store in Bloomfield in late February.

On February 21, police responded to reports of a shoplifting in progress at Marshalls in the single-digit block of Franklin Street.

According to the manager, three African American males entered the store and appeared to be preparing to make purchases.

The manager told Bloomfield Police that after a few minutes, the men took $600.00 worth of merchandise and fled the store without paying.

This incident is under investigation.
