Teenager Found Shot in Mt. Laurel

Police are investigating a shooting that left a teenage boy injured in Mt. Laurel overnight. 

Cops responded to reports of shots fired in the 3300 block of Marne Highway that happened around 11:30 p.m. where several units arrived to find a male victim (around the age of 17-years-old) suffering a gunshot wound to the upper chest. 

EMS transported the boy to an area hospital where he is expected to survive his injury. 

There were no immediate reports of an arrest.
