Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Neville Kennedy, 75, of Teaneck, on sexual assault and child endangerment charges.
According to Prosecutor Musella, on Saturday, December 12, 2021, the Teaneck Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged explicit assault of a minor.
An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office revealed that Kennedy sexually assaulted two minors, both of whom were under the age of 13, on more than one occasion.
As a result of the investigation, on Friday, January 14, Kennedy was arrested in Teaneck and charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact.
Kennedy was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
