An armed robbery at gunpoint in Elmwood Park has police looking for the suspect responsible.
The incident was reported at around 8:30 p.m. at the 7-Day convenience store located in the 700 block of Boulevard where cops were called to the scene for an armed robbery in progress.
Units arrived to the scene and began a search for a male suspect who was armed with a gun and wearing a skeleton-mask when he took an undetermined amount of cash before running from the location.
Police believe that the suspect entered a nearby vehicle that sped away from the scene.
There were no physical injuries reported.
