Police in Newark issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Quawee Starks for an aggravated assault (shooting) and weapons offenses in connection with an incident that occurred on June 1, in the 100 block of Jelliff Avenue.
Since June 1, the area has experienced multiple shots fired incidents with the latest being Sunday night, where an unidentified gunman fired shots that struck two victims on Jeliff Avenue. Click

Police have not confirmed Starks is wanted for Sunday's shooting incident.
While police are actively searching for Quawee Starks, they seek the public’s help in quickly locating this individual as part of this investigation.
