State Police Seize 48 Doses of Heroin During Trenton Traffic Stop

The New Jersey State Police have arrested Sean Bogucki, 31, and Belford Borden, 46, both from Mercerville, for possession of heroin during a car stop.

According to police, on October 15th, at approximately 8 p.m., troopers stopped Bogucki for a traffic violation on State Highway 129 at Hamilton Avenue in Trenton.

During the stop, troopers discovered that Borden had an active criminal warrant out of Burlington County. Borden was subsequently arrested for the outstanding warrant.

Further investigation revealed that Borden was in possession of 38 wax folds of heroin and Bogucki was found to be in possession of 10 wax folds of heroin.

Police charged Sean Bogucki with possession of heroin and was released pending a court appearance. Belford Borden was charged with possession of heroin and was transported to the Burlington County Jail where he was lodged on the criminal warrant.

Charges are mere accusations and the suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
