The New Jersey State Police are seeking the public’s help in with a homicide investigation, police announced in a release today.
On Thursday, June 12 at approximately 3:08 a.m., troopers from Totowa Station responded to the report of a shooting on Interstate 80 eastbound in the area of milepost 63. The details of the incident, including the location of the shooting, are currently under investigation.
The victim was identified as Jeff Mansilla, 39, of Hackensack.
