The New Jersey State Police are investigating a shooting that seriously injured a male victim earlier this afternoon.
According to police, at 12:37 p.m., troopers from Troop “B” Perryville Station responded to the report of a shooting at the Pilot Travel Center in Union Township, Hunterdon County.
Police report that one male suspect is currently in custody. The male victim was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. Detectives are not seeking any additional suspects.
