Six Suspects Charged with Separate Newark Domestic Violence Incidents Police say

Police officials in Newark seek the public’s help in locating six men, four from Newark, wanted for separate domestic violence incidents.

According to a statement released by Newark Police, Mr. Samad R. Green, 28, of Newark, is wanted on charges of Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault under the state’s Domestic Violence Laws in connection with an incident that occurred on Thursday, December 20th, 2018. Police say Green is 5’9” tall, 220 lbs. and has a dark brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes.

Police officials say Mr. Michael Williams, 33, of Newark, is wanted on charges of Aggravated Assault in an incident that occurred on Thursday, January 10th. Police described Williams as 5’11” tall, 155 lbs. and has a medium brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair.

According to police, Mr. Kevin Baltazar, 23, of Newark, is wanted for Aggravated Assault (strangulation) in an incident that occurred on Friday, January 25th. Police say described Baltazar as 5’7” tall, 195 lbs. and has a medium brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. Baltazar also has a tattoo on his chest featuring the word “Loyalty” and a cross on his left arm according to police.

Police say Mr. Jayson Greene, 33, of Newark, is wanted for Terroristic Threats in an incident that occurred on Saturday, February 2nd. Authorities described Greene as 6’ tall weighing about 230 lbs. and has a medium brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. Police say Greene has a tattoo on his left arm that reads: “Death Certain.”

According to Newark Police officials, Mr. Gilberto Nunes, 32, of Woodbridge, is wanted on charges of Stalking under the state’s Domestic Violence Laws in connection with an incident that occurred on Monday, January 14th. Police described Nunes as 6’1” tall and 190 lbs. and has a light complexion, black hair and brown eyes.

According to police, Mr. Nicholas Turitto, 24, of East Moriches, New York, is being sought on charges of Aggravated Assault (strangulation) in connection with an incident that occurred on Monday, February 2nd and Tuesday, February 3rd. Police described Turitto as 6’5” tall, 190 lbs. with a light complexion, black hair and brown eyes. Police say Turitto has a tattoo on his left arm and one on his chest.

While police are actively searching for these suspects, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing them from our streets. These investigations are ongoing.
