There were no injuries reported for a shots-fired incident that occurred in a neighborhood in Paterson Saturday morning.
According to authorities, police responded to the 400 block of Market Street after a ShotSpotter activation alerted them of possible gunfire in the area.
Units arrived and found evidence that a shooting occurred, but after a search of the area, no victims were found.
Officers found one shell casings during their search according to reports.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation by Paterson Police.
