Police reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident in a section of Newark Tuesday evening.
Gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 177 South 11th Street around 5:55 p.m
Several units arrived at the scene and found shell casings, but after canvassing the neighborhood, no victims were located.
Police say a ShotSpotter device activated and alerted headquarters of the shooting.
No arrests have been reported.
