Police in Paterson are on the search for a suspect wanted for a shooting that occurred at a gas station on Sunday night.
According to authorities, at approximately 9:35 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out at the Shell Gas station located at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Market Street.
Upon arrival, police found one person on the ground suffering and several shell casings nearby.
The victim was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital for treatment while police checked the area for additional victims.
Police say there were no other injuries and the suspect remains at-large.
