Police are on the search for a suspect who is wanted for a shots-fired incident at a housing complex in Newark overnight.
According to police, the incident happened before 1:15 a.m. where gunfire erupted at in the vicinity of 45 Lincoln Street.
Police officers arrived to find shell casings and a large crowd gathering at that location. Officers secured the scene then searched for victims at that location.
Suspects fired about several shots at unknown targets inside the courtyard before running from the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
