Police in East Orange are on the search for suspects wanted for a shooting that injured a person in a section of the city Saturday night.
According to a preliminary investigation, suspects occupying a dark-colored jeep with tinted windows pulled up in the area of Davis Place and Oraton Parkway then began to fire shots in the direction of the victims before 9:50 p.m.
Police say the victim was transported to University Hospital in Newark for treatment for unspecified injuries.
The suspects sped away from the scene and remain at-large.
Police say there were no other injuries reported.
