Authorities are investigating a reported shooting that occurred outside of a night club overnight.
Elizabeth police responded to shots fired calls near the All-Stars Night Club located in the 100 block of 3rd Street at approximately 2:45 a.m. where they found a 29-year-old female struck by gunfire in the forearm.
The woman was taken to University Hospital in Newark where she was expected to survive her injury.
An investigation is underway.
