Several individuals suffered various injuries in a multi-car crash on a highway in Middlesex County Sunday.
The early morning collision happened around 1:40 a.m. on the northbound lanes of the NJ Turnpike in Milltown near milepost 78.1.
According to reports, NJ State Troopers arrived at the scene and found as many as a half dozen cars involved in a collision, with about ten individuals suffering injuries.
Multiple EMS from around the region assisted in the operation and removal of patients from the crash scene to local hospitals for treatment.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by NJ State Poice officials.
