EMS rushed one person to Jersey Shore Medical Center suffering injury from gunfire Monday evening.
Reports of shots fired that rang out in the 1300 block of 7th Avenue sent police to the scene at around 8:15 p.m. where they located the victim struck by apparent gunfire.
Police canvassed several blocks around the shooting scene where they searched for the suspect/s responsible for the shooting.
There were no immediate reports of arrests made.
