A 16-year-old boy suffering injury from gunfire in Trenton was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center this afternoon, according to reports.
Police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the 30's block of Oakland Street shortly before 1 p.m. where cops arrived to the scene to find the victims suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck at that location.
The teen was transported to the hospital where he remains in critical condition following an emergency surgery.
Police setup a crime scene where they are investigating a motive for the shooting.
There were no arrests immediately reported.
