Authorities in Teaneck are investigating a late-night crash that left one person seriously injured Saturday.
At approximately 11:50 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the intersection of Elm Street and Cedar Lane following reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
When police and EMS crews arrived, they found an unidentified individual suffering serious injuries at the scene.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
A fatal accident investigation team was requested to assist with determining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
As of 4:30 a.m., the victim’s condition had not been publicly released.
The investigation remains active. Updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.
