Emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian strike that happened on a street in New Brunswick Saturday night.
It happened near the intersection of Seaman Street and Remsen Avenue just before 10:55 p.m.
Police say they found the conscious and alert victim who reportedly lost feeling in their legs at that location.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is expected to survive according to reports.
The incident remains under investigation.
