Police are on the scene of a shooting that happened a short time ago in the area of Frelinghuysen Ave. at Whittier Place.
EMS transported the victim to University Hopsital suffering serious injuries.
The victim was shot on Whittier Place.
Police are reportedly looking for two suspects, a male and female one of whom is wearing a brown jacket.
A crime scene has been established.
