Police are investigating two shooting that caused injuries in Jersey City overnight.
In the first incident, police responded to the 100 block of Wilkinson Avenue at around 12:15 a.m. on reports of shots fired.
Units arrived at the scene and found a male victim struck twice by gunfire at that location.
Ems transported the victim to Jersey City Medical Center suffering non-life threatening injuries.
Police also noticed bullets struck a vehicle at the scene.
A shooting that occurred in the 700 block of Grand Street had police in the 700 block of Grand Avenue where they found a person suffering a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the foot.
Both shootings are under investigation by Jersey City Police.
There were no arrests reported.
