Roselle Park police are investigating a report that a male exposed himself to two girls earlier today.
Officers responded to the area of Warren Avenue on a report of a lewd act at approximately 11:10 this morning.
Upon arrival, police were met by two girls, ages 7 and 8, and their relatives.
The juvenile’s stated that while walking their dog on Warren Avenue they were approached by a passing vehicle described as a dark colored, older model, four door vehicle that was driven by a white male in his 20's, clean shaven, crew cut styled hair and was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt.
The girls were allegedly called over to the vehicle where the driver exposed himself, while making inappropriate comments authorities said.
The juveniles ran off and advised a family member. The vehicle fled the area in an unknown direction.
A second incident was reported at approximately 6 p.m., this time in the area of Amsterdam Avenue in Roselle Park.
