Roselle Park Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Store Clerk Arrested

Police announced the arrest of a Roselle Park who is accused of exposing himself to a local store clerk Thursday.

According to police, on On Sept. 29th, at approximately 9:06 p.m., officers responded to a business on E. Westfield Avenue for a report of a suspicious incident.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the female store clerk, who advised that a male customer had just made a purchase within the business and while he was checking out at the front counter, he exposed his genitals to the clerk and casually left the store.

Officers reviewed the video surveillance footage of the incident and positively identified the male in the video. Subsequently, Jabari P. Parham, 22, of Roselle Park was taken into custody on the 200 block of Chestnut Street.

Parham has been charged with lewdness. He was served with a summonses for the lewdness and released with a court date.
