Police in Newark are investigating a report of a robbery that occurred at a gas station in the city's North Ward on Saturday.
According to a preliminary investigation, it happened around 8:55 p.m. at Jersey Gas at 1285 McCarter Highway, where police were alerted of an armed robbery.
Units were told that an armed suspect arrived by vehicle and robbed employees.
The suspect fled the scene and remains at-large.
There were no physical injuries reported.
