Authorities in Passaic County reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident in a section of Paterson on Thursday evening.
Police say gunfire rang out in the teen block of North 7th Street around 6 p.m.
Officers arrived and found multiple shell casings, but no victims were found after they searched the neighborhood. Police said bullets struck an unoccupied vehicle near 10 North 7th Street.
The suspect fled the scene and remains at large.
