There we no injuries reported in a shots-fired incident that occurred in a neighborhood in Paterson Friday morning.
According to police, at approximately 3 a.m., gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 600 East 24th Street, sending police to the scene to investigate.
Upon arrival, units found several shell casings on the ground and a vehicle struck by bullets at that location.
Police say a search of the neighborhood indicated no victims.
The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
