Police Seek Suspect for Camden County Shooting

Detectives are investigating shootings in Camden on Sunday night that left one man dead, a man and a woman wounded, according to Camden County officials. 

Officials say, on Sunday, October 2, at approximately 11:22 pm, Camden County Police received a 911 call with a report of multiple gunshots in the area of the 1000 block of Diamond Street.

According to officials, shortly after that 911 call was answered, Camden County Police received an additional 911 call for a report of a male who was shot.

Officers arrived at the 1000 block of Kaighns Avenue and located a male victim, suffering from a gunshot wound, who was transported to Cooper University Hospital for treatment.

Camden County Police were also notified of two walk-in gunshot victims.

One female victim survived and the other male victim, identified as Liaquia L. Moore, 21, was pronounced dead at 12:35 a.m., at Cooper University Hospital.

This investigation is active and ongoing.
